EUPHORIC GRAND LAUNCH COMPETITION JUNE/JULY 2009

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) apply to the ‘Euphoric Grand Launch Competition ("the Competition") which runs from 12.00pm Monday 22nd June 2009 (GMT) to 3.00pm Saturday 4th July 2009 (GMT) (“the Duration”).

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules and will be bound by them.

Euphoric reserves the right to change these rules at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Details of the Competition

To enter the Competition an Entrant must submit their entry via the form on the Euphoric website within the duration dates given above. Any entries received outside of these dates will not be accepted. Entries to the competition will be accepted at the salon on one of the competition entry forms provided.

Some entries received within the Duration of the competition may be displayed on the Euphoric website along with Entrant’s title, the first letter of their surname and their town. We cannot guarantee to display all entries on the website.

Eligibility

Entrants must be over 18.

All staff and relatives/friends of Euphoric staff are excluded from this competition.

Prizes

One Ipod Touch 8GB

£100 of Euphoric Vouchers

The winner

The best ‘idea’ submitted to the competition will be picked by Euphoric and this will be deemed the winner.

The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be announced at the Euphoric Salon on Saturday 4th July. If the winner is not at the salon at that time, they will be sent an email notifying them of their prize. If the entrant has provided a telephone number, they may be called to notify them.

Prize Terms

The prizes are non transferable and no cash alternative is available.

This offer is not combinable with any other Euphoric offer.

Euphoric vouchers must be used to purchase products or services within the Euphoric salon. Euphoric vouchers are not currently accepted on the website.

Euphoric will contact the winner within 2 weeks of winning the prizes subject to the right email address and/or telephone number being provided. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to pick another winner.

The winner will be expected to arrange a time to come to the salon and collect their prizes and also have their photo taken to be used on the Euphoric website and possibly be used for publicity purposes.

If the Ipod is found to be defective, the user should consult the warranty information included with his or her free item. Euphoric is not responsible for the repair or replacement of defective products.
