Returns and Refunds
We believe that you will be thrilled with the products you purchase but understand that there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. As part of our commitment to customer service, we aim to keep these instances to a minimum and the process as simple as possible. These terms do no affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted goods
If you return an unopened, unused product within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage (using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) of the goods. Please contact us by telephone on 01903 206600 or email sales@euphoric-beauty.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return the goods and we will allocate you with a returns code. To enable us to deal with your return as efficiently as possible, you will need to detail the order code on any correspondence relating to the return procedure, including the package of returned goods. Refunds will not be granted until the product has been received and confirmed as unopened / unused.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item from us which is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please contact us by telephone on 01903 206600 or email sales@euphoric-beauty.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of the goods and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. To enable us to deal with your return as efficiently as possible, you will need to detail the order code on any correspondence relating to the return procedure. Goods should be returned within a reasonable period of time, preferably 7 days. We ask that you send the items back to us via Royal Mail First Class and include a proof of postage from the Post Office to so we can refund you for your return postage costs.

website. We use these products in the salon for our treatments and thus recommend
them for home care to maintain the level of skincare treatment you have
received.
